Bega Valley Shire Council’s $20.8 million Water Treatment Plant and new Operations Centre in Bega have been named the overall winner of the Water Management Award at the Local Government NSW Environment Awards.

Construction of the Bega Sports Complex is well underway, with the site now taking shape and external works making significant progress. The building itself is structurally finished, and the fit-out is currently being finalised, bringing the facility closer to completion.
