Local Networks

The Eurobodalla Council can help you navigate approvals and permits, connect with grants and industry updates, and understand government processes. They can also provide access to business advisors, and facilitate connections with other local businesses, chambers, and associations. Plus, council-organised training and networking events are great opportunities to grow your knowledge and build your network. Make sure you’re signed up to their Eurobodalla email updates.

Women in Business South Coast NSW offers meetings every month where you can connect with other women in business from the Eurobodalla. Drop into a meeting and learn from a guest speaker, other business owners or simply network.

If you’re looking to hire and want to support jobseekers, check out The Job Shop, a program providing access to training and job readiness support.The program can also provide information regarding apprenticeships, traineeships, school based apprenticeships and workforce development.

We Care Eurobodalla works with hospitality, retail and accommodation providers to reduce single-use plastic and reduce their environmental footprint.

Government Programs And Support

Business.gov.au is a great, all in one hub with info on grants, services and support from across government to help your business succeed.

Service NSW’s Business Connect program supports businesses at all stages. You can find free, personalised advice with one-on-one sessions that cover key areas like business planning, marketing, and cash flow. You’ll also have access to an extensive library of online resources, plus virtual and in-person events, that offer practical tips to keep your business thriving.
The service is available throughout NSW and open to businesses of all types, providing up to 8 hours of support each year to help you stay on track and ready for growth.

Enterprise Plus is a not-for-profit business advisory that runs education programs, workshops, and webinars, across regional NSW and the ACT. Learn more here.

There are a range of services that can help you manage debt as a business owner, visit the Australia Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman for more information. 

The Rural Woman Program gives regional business owners support, training, and guidance to take their business digital.

Tourism Support

Destination Southern NSW offers handy guides and resources on grant writing and application, how to apply for funding and more. Visit the official Eurobodalla Tourism and check out their industry resources page for assistance promoting your business.

Grants

Grants can be a lifeline for business owners, helping to fuel growth, cover unexpected expenses, or fund new initiatives. Mental Health & Other Contacts

The Black Dog institute offers free workplace mental health training for NSW businesses. The training teaches practical tools to talk about and promote mental health at work, with three programs available for leaders, managers and employees. Learn more here.
