A cornucopia of idea’s for the school holidays’, check out the packed calendar of events and workshops these school holidays. There’s cartoon drawing classes, movie days, disco & pizza parties, treasure hunts and more, across Moruya and Narooma libraries.

The Wonderful World of Dr Seuss at The Bas

We think this is a pretty gorgeous school holiday activity idea! The Bas is bringing the magical world of Dr Seuss to life with a special exhibition of limited-edition prints from a remarkable private collection.

Step inside a world where cats wear hats, fish come in every colour, and imagination runs wild.

From playful rhymes to bold, quirky illustrations, Dr Seuss has inspired kids (and grown-ups!) for generations. This exhibition is your chance to relive those childhood favourites and discover more about the man behind the magic.

A rare treat for Seuss lovers of all ages– don’t miss it! Exhibition closes October 18. See you at The Bas!

River of Art

The River of Art Festival is back for its 21st year, bringing 11 days of arts, workshops, performances, and arty celebration across the Eurobodalla.

From paintings and sculpture to music, live performances, and hands-on workshops, there’s something for everyone – kids, teens, and grown-ups alike! Wander the Arts Trail from Durras to Bermagui, discover local talent, and get creative yourself.

With events across Batemans Bay, Moruya, Narooma, and surrounding towns, it’s a perfect way to support local artists, and enjoy a fun, arts-filled adventure.

Make this school holiday one to remember- grab the family and dive into the River of Art Festival!

The Eurobodalla Support Local Challenge
Community

It’s all about keeping local businesses top of mind. It sure is tough out there for a lot of our region’s households and local businesses. Rising costs of living have put pressure on Aussie households and the local businesses our community rely on. From grocery bills to fuel prices, our household budgets are stretched.

That’s why we’ve created the #SupportLocalChallenge: a month of ways to back our community and to help our region thrive through the tough times. You don’t need to break the bank, just do what you can, when you can. But together we’ll make a huge impact.

Let’s go!
