Crookwell highlights

With four beautiful seasons, pretty tree-lined streets and a history built on agriculture, Crookwell is a perfect rural escape high on the Great Dividing Range. This picturesque historic town is 30 minutes from Goulburn and the spectacular Wombeyan Caves are only 60 minutes’ drive away, via the quaint village of Taralga.

Crookwell is renowned for its seed potato production and hosts the annual Crookwell Potato Festival. Crookwell is also the proud home to many enchanting cool climate gardens which are open in November for the popular Crookwell Garden Festival.

There are many wonderful things to do in and around Crookwell including guided tours, gift shopping, yummy pub meals, alpaca farm visits, art galleries, fossicking, fishing and beautiful scenic drives to historic villages Laggan and Tuena.
