Bulga, NSW

The tiny town of Bulga is located at the western edge of the Hunter Valley where the plains rise up into the mountains of Wollemi National Park. The town has a general store, an old stone church and a community hall. An original colonial farmhouse from 1869 still stands behind the main street. The nearby Hillsdale Orchard has more than 5,000 orange trees and hosts guided tours.
