The Australian and NSW Governments have committed a combined $15 million over four years to upskill and grow the renewable energy workforce. This investment comes off the back of the launch of the NSW Government’s Renewable Energy Skills Strategy released in February.Â
The NSW Government has committed $925,000 for a brand new brigade station for the Dunmore RFS. This falls under the $34.5 million committed statewide, which will go towards six new combined Fire Control and Emergency Operations Centres and 18 new rural fire stations including the one at Dunmore.
