With 25 traditionally brewed kombucha flavours on tap, Booch Bar is a must for kombucha lovers. We are 100% plant-based, serving tasty vegan food including toasties, wraps, pastries, raw sweets and kombucha cupcakes. Also available is our very own creation - Booch Gelato, made using traditionally brewed kombucha.

​We are a business that is working toward zero single use packaging, so we encourage customers to bring their own refillable bottle for their booch or you can buy one from us.

  Booch Gelato is plant-based, gluten free, nut free, palm oil free, has no refined sugar and is made using traditionally brewed kombucha which gives Booch Gelato its creamy, tangy flavour that you just can't find in any other gelato.
