Port Kembla History Tour - Inside Industry

This Tour offers you an opportunity to travel back in time and discover the history, heritage, and cultures of a true coastal treasure – Port Kembla.

Hear stories of our First Peoples – the traditional owners of the land, Captain Cook, Bass & Flinders, industrial change, wartime defences and cultural diversity, as we explore sites rich in local indigenous, wartime and industrial history.

The tour is predominantly a bus tour but with stops at Port Kembla Heritage Park, Hill 60 and Port Kembla Township – allowing a chance to soak in the history and atmosphere of Port Kembla and the opportunity to enjoy refreshments.

4th Saturday of every month (10:30am – 1pm)

 

Cost:
Adult: $25
Senior/Concession/Student: $20
Children (5-12 years): $12
Family (2 x Adults & 2 x Children): $65
* Children under 5yrs free of charge
