District Skate Oak Flats

District Skate is the only roller skating rink on the South coast of NSW.  We are located at 137 Industrial Road Oak Flats (Illawarra region) just south of Wollongong.

We have multiple session times available including kid's learn to skate sessions on Saturday mornings from 8.30am and Adults from 4.45pm and an additional Thursday night class as the Saturday session is sold out (bookings essential) where our skate coaches will teach you how to skate - make sure you book!

At District Skate we want everyone to have fun (No one should leave without learning to skate). We have no age or skating ability limits during our sessions and we offer hire roller blades and quad skates in sizes Jnr. 8 to Adult 13.

We sell the Illawarra's largest range of rollerblades and roller skates - we have a range of styles in stock and can order most brands in overnight.

We play games (including limbo), have skate dances, speed skating and even take song requests.

You can also book your birthday party during any of our open session times - or we offer private party sessions where the entire rink is yours for two hours!
