When: First Sunday of every month
Where: The Pantha Way 45 Wentworth Street Port Kembla
Who: Open to all levels—absolutely no experience required!
New to Yoga? Here's What You Need to Know:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have extras if you don’t!).
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and meet your teacher.
Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.
You don’t need to be flexible or “know the poses”—this class is about showing up as you are.
Feel free to ask questions before or after class—our team is here to support you.
