Sydney’s culinary maestro Dany Karam has collaborated with Novotel Wollongong Northbeach’s Palisade Kitchen & Bar, and he’s bringing his 5-star game launching the exciting new menu for what they believe is a game-changer for our local dining scene. It’s all about a 5-star foodie experience, in a welcoming, relaxed venue.

Dany Karam, who previously wowed diners as the Head Chef at The Star’s Black Bar & Grill, has been on a mission to make 5-star dining more accessible, and lucky for us, he’s landed right here in Wollongong.

Working closely with Palisade Kitchen & Bar’s Head Chef Robbie Blackburn, Director of Culinary Matthew Duggan, and the other incredible chefs in house, Dany has curated a menu that’s nothing short of extraordinary. Think fresh Mediterranean dishes inspired by international culinary experiences, all served up with a side of Wollongong’s stunning North Beach views.

But it’s not just about the food (as special as it is!). The wine and cocktail menu has been expertly crafted by Restaurant Manager Ben Pupo, who’s no stranger to world-class cocktail competitions. So you’re in for a treat.
