Remember for big occasions like Easter, it’s always a good idea to pre-order if you have specific seafood requirements or if you are ordering a large quantity.
And we recommend you pre-order this year so you can just run in and pick it up, so you’re not hanging around for too long.
Shellharbour Square Fish Market
Here you can find one of the biggest selections of fresh seafood in the Illawarra. Located inside Stockland Shellharbour Shopping Centre they also have an online shopping function on their website as well.
There’s a huge selection of fresh fish, prawns and seafood and they even sell fresh seafood and BBQ platters if you want a bit of everything. The store will be open Easter Thursday and Saturday for all your fishy needs.
Aish’s Seafood :: Berkeley
Swing by here for some seriously tasty local lake prawns. They usually have them in-store on the regular, but they’re so darn popular that pre-ordering might be your best bet.
You’ll find top-notch lobster, mud crabs, oysters, and more. Plus, all their seafood is sustainably caught, so you can feast easily this Easter!
Harbourside Fish Market :: Wollongong
A seafood lover’s dream! They’ve got a fantastic array of shellfish and fresh fish, and let’s not forget those freshly shucked oysters, slurping heaven. Keep an eye out on their socials for the latest specials and their next mobile fish truck pop-up as well.
Seafood Brothers :: Figtree
You’ll find a HUGE selection here as well as super-duper friendly staff. The whole of Figtree Grove will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday but will be open on Easter Saturday for you to head in for all your last-minute prawns, oysters and shellfish faves.
Kiama Fisheries :: Kiama
You can’t miss that bright yellow building down at the harbour in Kiama, and you wouldn’t want to miss their awesome selection of fresh seafood. Rock and pacific oysters, Aussie prawns and if you time it right even mud crabs.
Bush’s Meats :: Bulli
At Bush’s Bulli location, you can grab Aussie fresh tiger prawns as well as frozen tiger prawns and select fish. Right now, they have tuna and salmon in stock but call ahead to check what’s on offer before you pop in.
Harley & John’s Seafood :: Fairy Meadow
