My name is Jen and I represent Tribe Disability Support here in Wollongong. We offer personalised support for individuals and families living with a disability which primarily includes community access and in-house supports.

We are thrilled to be expanding our services to Wollongong and as part of our expansion, we would love to collaborate with your school to provide support services to individuals in Wollongong. We believe that having access to high-quality support workers is essential to helping individuals with disabilities and we are committed to providing the best possible care to our clients. Our experienced team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that are individually tailored to support every member of our Tribe.

On a day-to-day basis, our Support Workers could help with personal care, assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, accessing community facilities, going shopping, watching a movie, visiting the doctors, playing at the park, transportation or general housekeeping. Our support workers can also provide general companionship or social support, such as helping them enjoy their hobbies and interests, getting involved in community groups, or encouraging them to learn a new skill such as cooking or painting.

At Tribe Disability Support, we work closely with a network of service providers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support. We provide that sense of belonging and unity through our traditional and personalised approach to supporting individuals and their families living with a disability.
