At Wollongong Drafting we are both trades people and building designers from the Illawarra, that saw a gap in the market. The need for high quality house plans at an affordable price.
Our building designers have all come from trade backgrounds and still work in the field. This solid grounding in the construction industry gives us an edge.
Our house plans work. They have been designed and drawn by qualified designers, with builders in mind. We have excellent working relationships with council, certifiers, builders, engineers, landscapers, painters, plumbers.....the lot.
