About
FLW Connect provides services and products to support wellbeing and capacity building by addressing personal and workplace issues that support inclusive practices, and psychosocial and culturally safe organisations.
Established in 2022
FLW Connect was established in 2022, but the seeds were planted in 2018 when organisations partnered with Bianca to develop and deliver tailored training, support reconciliation workplace practices, provide cultural support, and supervision, and facilitate family group conferencing to enhance culturally inclusive environments and service delivery. This led Bianca on her journey of self-determination and creating her family business.
Our programs are designed to support productivity by improving the well-being and cultural safety of employees and clients. We help your organisation address workplace and personal concerns that might be affecting capacity by providing a framework of delivery.
