Illawarra Taxi Network, formerly known as Radio Cabs of Wollongong, has been providing reliable and safe transportation services in the Illawarra region for more than 62 years. The re-brand is part of the company's effort to provide a more streamlined and reliable transport service to their customers. The transport industry has increasingly changed due to the appearance of other companies, redefining the way people travel. Illawarra Taxi Network is designed to provide our passengers with updated transport system without changing our core values.

Our customer call centre based in Wollongong deals with customer requests, feedback and lost property. We value our customer feedbacks and we make sure to provide prompt resolutions to every problem that arises.

Vehicles

ITN has a total of 136 vehicles, with 12 Wheelchair Accessible vehicles and 12 maxi taxis which seat 6-11 passengers, monitored through our dispatch system 24/7. All taxis are also equipped with security cameras to protect both our passengers and our drivers. We pride ourselves for putting safety as our top priority.

Other Services

Aside from the regular pick up and drop off service for passengers, ITN offers an extended range of services like pet transfer, airport transfer, medical deliveries, female drivers and courier services. We go out of our way to make sure that we provide the best services to our passengers.
