Some things to consider when contacting a JP for their services:

Reach out to JPs during a reasonable time – 8am to 6pm.
Ask when and where they’re available to help with JP services.
If you’ve got a lot of documents for signing or certifying, let them know ahead of time as you might need to book a slot.
Make sure all your paperwork is ready, and don’t sign anything before you meet.
Have your ID handy just in case, and remember JPs aren’t there to give legal advice.
