Before relocating to Australia in 2020, JC spent nearly a decade building his UK-based company, Nutri-Train. He worked with premier league footballers, Hollywood actors, models, and high-performing executives, helping them achieve optimal movement and health both locally and globally.
JC’s “Nutri-Train Team” delivered some of the most dynamic and engaging Pilates, yoga, movement, and mobility classes in London, particularly at the South Kensington Club (voted London’s Private Member’s Club of the Year in 2018) and the iconic Ham Yard Hotel in Soho, where he worked with elite clientele one-on-one.
A Lifelong Learner and Teacher
Since qualifying as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 2011, JC has pursued advanced certifications across a range of disciplines, including:
