OUR CLASSES
Develop a ritual of a regular reformer pilates practice to enhance your overall strength and stability, improve mobility and posture, while creating a sense of being connected, grounded and whole.
REFORMER PILATES
Reformer classes with emphasis on the 6 pilates principles of flow, precision, control, centering, concentration and breath. Suitable for all levels.
MUMS & BUBS
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and post-natal. clearance from GP or physiotherapist recommended. Babies welcome.

Hi, I'm Mel and I have created Ritual as Remedy to be a vibrant and nourishing studio to practice pilates. I believe your habits create your reality, so I have made Ritual as Remedy the most beautiful space to habitually move your body while being surrounded by light, laughter and warmth.
