Timed to coincide with the Spring Flower Festival, it's two festivals in one — colour, music, food, and wine flowing across the Snowy Valleys.
But what makes Tastebuds special is access. This is your invitation behind the scenes — into barrel rooms, vineyards, and wineries not usually open to the public. Expect pop-up cellar doors from producers you don't usually see in region.
Expect back-vintage releases, unreleased wines, and the kind of one-off tastings usually reserved for trade or close friends. Whether you're talking wine with the maker, tasting f rom barrel, or finding a wine that might never hit shelves, Tastebuds is about meeting the region at its roots.
