ReFrame – Youth Mental Health Service
ReFrame is a FREE service for young people aged 12-25 in the Wollondilly and Wingecarribee areas.  ReFrame is the provision of psychological therapies delivered by our Mental Health Professionals and Youth Engagement Workers.

ReFrame is walk-in based and outreach. We provide information, support and services for young people who are having a tough time managing:

Stress
Anxiety or worry
Depression
Feelings of sadness
Physical health
Family and relationships
Study or work
How do I access the program?

Anyone can refer to ReFrame and is not limited to General Practitioners.  For further information, please contact us on 0455 104 104 or email mhintake@communitylinks.org.au or by attending our walk-in located at 1/68 – 70 Station Street, Bowral NSW 2576
