Welcome to Embrace Lactation! My name is Sophie and I am a IBCLC Lactation Consultant, Registered Midwife and Nurse.

I have been a midwife and nurse for over 12 years and a Lactation Consultant for 3 years.

I am living in the Southern Highlands with my husband, our 3 children and 8 Chickens

My passion is helping families after birth, transitioning through what can be the hardest yet most rewarding part of their lives.
