Active Therapies is the longest established physiotherapy and osteopathy practice in the Southern Highlands.

 

Active Therapies is the longest established manual therapy clinic in the Southern Highlands, founded by Lucy and Andrew Forbes in 2001. The clinic is located in the medical centre at 70 Bowral Street, conveniently placed close to Bowral Hospital, Southern Highlands Private Hospital, and the many medical specialists located in the Bowral Street healthcare precinct.

We are a combined Physiotherapy and Osteopathy clinic, offering our patients the widest possible evidence based treatment options. We welcomes patients with back pain, neck pain, and sports injuries, whether they are recent or long standing.
