We are a Venture Capital firm founded by leading experts in the fields of science, technology, medicine, business, and finance. We are initially focused on global medical technology. With over 40 patents and multiple successful ventures amongst the founders, we have a proven track record of astute medical and technology investment management. We don't just invest, we build, nurture and curate our community of ventures to be the best they can.
We believe that with an increasing global population, an aging and ailing population in developed economies and with increases in non-communicable diseases, there exists a unique opportunity for investors to capitalise on high growth medical technology and life sciences that will not only drive high returns for investors but make the world a better place through improved quality of life.
Southern Highlands
A new VC Fund in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. The concept for this fund was formed by surgeons and medical experts, who identified systemic issues in MSK that negatively impact (both directly and indirectly) every human life. These issues need to be resolved by those working on the inside. Investment in MSK needs to be driven by surgeons and doctors not by investment bankers and fund managers.
To this end, we have formed a team of expert advisors from diverse scientific and medical disciplines, both practical and academic backgrounds that touch on all levels of MSK. They are leaders in their field and subject matter experts that will be able to understand the challenges and concepts, and then inform where investment dollars should be allocated to solve the major challenges of MSK. We want to make the lives of people impacted by MSK issues better on mass.
The ultimate goal of SoHi Partners is to have a unique edge to our portfolio of investments through our expert knowledge. If we execute correctly, we believe that this aspect of our investment process will generate repeatable excess returns for our investors.
