If you’re looking for someone to cover for sick or annual leave, or help you meet looming deadlines, we have a bank of keen and reliable staff we can draw on for short-term or long-term placements.
Rest assured, we’ll find the right person for your business or organisation, whatever its size.
We’ll take care of payroll, superannuation, work cover, group certificates and other necessary but time-consuming paperwork, allowing you to focus on your business.
Need permanent staff?
Finding permanent staff can be daunting and difficult, especially if you don’t have systems in place to attract strong candidates.
Our creative and dynamic team knows how to reach the right candidates for the right positions.
We’ll source and sort candidates, assessing their skills and attributes; draw up a shortlist for your approval; arrange face-to-face and/or phone interviews; and carry out reference checks.
We can also arrange legally drafted letters of offer and employment contracts, as well as advise on pay structure, if required.
