Roxi has a life long passion for cooking and baking and delights in creating special baked treats for people to enjoy. After delighting friends and family with her creations, Roxi started The Batty Baker to make a career from her passion for baking. 

Most of her cakes are her own recipes from years of researching and perfecting her craft. She loves using swiss meringue buttercream and baking all sorts of sweet treats, her favourite being her South African milk tarts.
