Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of Project Shoppe, working closely with the team to implement strategies that drive business growth and success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Create and manage marketing materials across a range of clients.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and provide insights into industry trends.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and sales activities.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing reports.
- Actively respond to leads to convert high end events on behalf of our clients
- Client management throughout sales process
- Conduct site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
The Qualities and Experience we are seeking
- A genuine love of people, service and hospitality
- A positive and warm approach to customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in an events, sales and/or marketing support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G- suite
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving team goals.
