Are you an experienced bartender with a flair for making cocktails and putting guests at ease? Do you
want to work with great people in an epic location? This job's for you.

We’re looking for a full-time bartender to join the team at The Robertson Hotel

This role is for an experienced bar attendant who can deliver high-end service to our guests, is confident in their abilities, has a flexible manner and has strong sales skills. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality beverage service to our guests and customers
  • Display a knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits and beers
  • Have a friendly, positive energy and passion for customer service
  • Work with the kitchen & wedding teams to seamlessly deliver events.
  • Lead junior bar staff where required
  • Oversee daily beverage operations
  • Manage stock control

Requirements

  • Must have a valid RSA
  • 3+ Years experience working in a bar.
  • Strong wine knowledge
  • Experience making cocktails
  • Available to work nights & weekends

About The Role

  • Potential for promotion to Bar Manager
  • Salary negotiable based on experience
