Description
THE BUNDANOON GUEST HOUSE is one of the few original Guest Houses remaining in Bundanoon. Built in 1925, it still retains the charm and character of that era and offers gracious Bed & Breakfast accommodation for up to 36 people.
The Guest House is situated in the friendly Southern Highlands village of Bundanoon. Being a small village, Bundanoon is a great alternative to the larger towns of Bowral, Mittagong and Moss Vale and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With a population of just under 3000, our delightful village is a gateway to Morton National Park where you can walk for miles and take in the breathtaking scenery. Cyclist’s are also well catered for with kilometres of wide open spaces for the on road specialist and ever changing terrain for the keen mountain biker. It is a vibrant town, packed with old-world charm including Cafes, Tea Rooms, Restaurants, Gift Shops as well as a local Pub and Sports Club. Market days, held on the first and third Sunday of each month (except January), feature fresh produce, handicrafts and plants. The annual Scottish Highland gathering, Brigadoon, is held every April featuring all things Tartan. Bundanoon also hosts other annual events such as Winterfest and the Garden Ramble.
The Guest House features 14 ensuited guest rooms as well as a delightful 2 bedroom cottage, and can sleep up to 36 people. We are well known for hosting Group bookings for familys, friends, weddings and Probus groups.
We also specialise in hosting Conference and Corporate groups of up to 16 delegates, allowing each delegate to enjoy their own ensuited room, however larger groups can be accommodated if required. In addition to your accommodation requirements, we can offer the use of a large Conference room, and associated Conference amenities, such as audio visual and flip charts, as well as multiple break out areas and our fully licensed bar and restaurant, to cater for all of your requirements under the one roof.
