The Conservatory features floor to ceiling windows, exposed beams and a cosy lounge in front of an open fire. With views to our picturesque lawn and lake, it’s the perfect setting for your special day.

The Conservatory at Briars in the Southern Highlands offers a versatile event space that’s perfect for business luncheons, cocktail parties, conferences, birthdays, graduations and life celebrations.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Our conference room for hire is flexible for 30 to 120 seated guests or up to 160 for a cocktail-style event.

The space is equipped with audio-visual equipment for all your meeting and workshop requirements. In-house catering is provided with accommodation available – a perfect conference venue for corporate events and team building.
