These classes are for pre-natal and up to 6 months post-natal mummas, with babies welcome to hang out alongside.
Just make sure to give them a buzz before you book your first session to confirm times.
Friendly local Claudia teaches sweet-sounding Pilates Yoga Move with Littles classes.
It’s a full-body yoga pilates class that resets and re-energises. Excellent for mums, bubs, and even tots.
She also offers private personal training sessions for prenatal and postnatal movement.

Yoga
5-week mums and bubs yoga courses focused on bonding, gentle movement, and breathwork. Build strength, confidence, and calm with the teacher’s supportive guidance in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Contact them to see when the next course will begin.
Boxing
This boxing club on Lyell st in Mittagong holds parents and bubs classes three times a week, designed for either parent to move their body and get fit while entertaining their bubbas.
This isn’t just for the pros; any level of fitness is welcome, and any level of experience with using those gloves and bags. For the parents… not for the babies, of course… although that would be pretty darn cute.
Dance
THSPA – The Highlands School of Performing Arts
This school offers a baby dance class that introduces gentle dance concepts, music appreciation, and following instructions to little ones. You might not get a sweat-busting workout yourself, but you’ll sure get a kick out of seeing your kidlet groovin’ away.
General Fitness
Sweat Functional Group Training
We love the sound of this one. Whether you’ve welcomed a baby and are looking to get back into exercise, or are keen to try something different, this is a great idea. The Mums and Bubs Membership at Sweat Functional Group Training has sessions led by a specialist pre- and postnatal coach. They are smaller classes too, making sure every mum can get back into exercise safely and confidently after birth.
Whilst not specifically with classes designed for parents and babies, CrossFit Southern Highlands welcomes kids while their parents are working out. They’ve got an outdoor grass area for them to stretch their legs and an indoor playroom with plenty of toys to keep them occupied.
Another option in the Highlands for a gym where kids are welcome. Heads up, the kids’ room here is unsupervised, so maybe not for freshies or for little ones who need that extra eye on them.
Let’s get our sweat on, peeps!
