Alison has 16 years experience and we are located in the same salon.

Each massage is unique to the individual client based purely upon their needs on the day. She does Remedial, Relaxation, Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage and Oncology massage.

Alison has done extensive training, her initial training course was 18 months. This is unheard of today. She has completed many extra courses to be able to treat a wide range of medical conditions. She has especially good success with Lymphoedema.

Relaxation Massage

Allows the whole body and nervous system to slow down and relax.

Pregnancy Massage

Is beneficial for both mother and baby. Especially lower back pain and hips.

Lymphatic Drainage

Is very gentle, and is great for Lymphedema, Lipodema, post-op Liposuction, Sinus headaches, Fibromyalgia.

Oncology Massage

Is extremely gentle and helps reduce both physical and mental tension and promotes natural rest.

Myofascial Release

Is a very effective technique for cranial work and reducing headaches and migraines, tension in the jaw, trouble swallowing.

Infrared Sauna

Available for booking. Large enough for 3 persons. Can also be booked in conjunction with a massage. Bookings essential.

Ice Bath is coming soon. Will also be able to be booked with a massage or sauna treatment. Bookings essential.
