About Us
Trolley'd is Australia's first mobile bar and events company embracing the qualities of sustainability, foraged native Australian and local organic produce. Our famous cocktails use ingredients sourced from local farms as well as native Australian ingredients and wild foods foraged by our team.
We started our journey 8 years ago by repurposing a fleet of ex-Ansett airline trolleys into mobile bars. The bars are aeronautically engineered for convenient beverage service and easily transportable as we roll in and out on wheels. The design factors in all glassware, ice and equipment tucked neatly inside.
The journey of our drinks and our produce is of equal importance. We are strictly no plastic (straws suck), and produce all of our tinctures, cordials, botanical mixers and garnishes freshly in-house. We only use produce that is seasonally and locally accessible through the natural cycles of nature as it tastes so much better, and helps us to party in a more sustainable way.
Our cocktail classes will land you confidently in the Pilot’s set. Crafted with passion and prepared before your eyes, we will introduce you to the inspirations behind our freshly foraged flavours and aromas. Combining expert instruction with an exploration of the natural world, we share our knowledge of this process including the history of wild edibles, how to recognise them in their natural environment and how you can incorporate them into your drinks via the art of wild food drink making.
We have a range of different trolleys for hire, including our DJ trolley, Arcade Game trolley and Karaoke trolley. Our aviation theming and prop hire covers staging for large scale festival events, through to a more boutique offering of aviation furniture and themed props to cover any event with a ‘flying high’ or aviation twist. Our staff come styled in a range of cabin crew looks that we can book uniquely for your event. We have strong ties to the most sustainable & quality caterers, stylists and event photographers & videographers, so get in touch with a quote for your entire party package.
