Salaried Position for a qualified baker, food production worker or chef ( with commercial baking experience) or qualified baker looking for a career redirection.- This kind of opportunity is extremely rare in the Highlands.
You will clearly understand and appreciate the differences between "supermarket bread"and Artisan Sourdough. You will have a proven ability to problem solve on the job and anticipate potential production issues before they occur.
Once fully competent in the role , you will gain the opportunity to develop and introduce your own high quality sourdough based products into our range, thereby providing you with additional bonus income potential based on gross sales of such products.
Highly Competitive Salary and a 5 day week. You'll need have minimum 6 - 12 months relevant experience and will be a motivated, enthusiastic team player.
