We are your local Yoga and Pilates studio perfectly located in a beautifully restored art deco arcade in the heart of Moss Vale. The studio is fully equipped, spacious and light. We are proud to offer this sanctuary for you to enjoy.
Moss Vale Yoga + Pilates offers a range of timetabled classes through the week. Hatha yoga for beginners or more experirienced client. Also yin yoga which is a wonderful low and slow style that works with long deep holds for tissue and fascia health.
Don't get lost in a crowd! Small group reformer classes are limited to four clients are are the classic style of Pilates. A terrific workout if you are fairly injury free and want to build strength, find your core and move well.
Private or duo Pilates sessions are available by appointment. These sessions ar all about YOU and what your body needs on the day. Amazing for pre and post natal. We use a range of equipment from the reformer to the Exo Chair and the half cadillac. Studio Pilates is highly recommended if you have some injuries, special conditions, are working towards an athletic goal or want to dive deep into the Pilates method.

YOGA CLASSES

Join us for beautiful hatha yoga classes for all levels.
Each class includes movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana).
You will experience a traditional style of yoga that will have you floating like a cloud. Find that elusive connection between mind and body that is the perfect antidote to modern living.
Wednesday evenings are for yin yoga which is a low, slow style that targets connective tissue and fascia.
Yoga takes your joints through a full range of motion which is great for their mobility.
Regular practice can improve balance, concentration and even digestion.
Yoga is a fantastic complement to other pursuits such as running, working out at the gym, dance or team sports.
Classes suit those who are in good health and fairly injury free.
Pregnant ladies welcome after first trimester and with GP clearance.
SMALL GROUP REFORMER PILATES

These classes are a dynamic full body workout in the classic style. Thoughtful and alignment based to help you gain strength and flexibility.

Group reformer classes are a great addition to your wellness regime.
Resistance from the springs, small apparatus and your own body weight spice things up. Get ready for your new addiction.
Suitable for if you are fairly injury free and able to participate in a group exercise class. Pregnant ladies may join this class in their first trimester with clearance from their GP after which yoga or private Pilates may be more suitable.
PRIVATE / SEMI PRIVATE PILATES

Private sessions are tailored to what your body needs on the day.
Perfect for:
- healthy bodies that prefer a private setting,
- non acute injuries, back pain, pelvic stability, balance and recovery,
- pre or post natal,
- when your physio/ chiro says you need to move more/ strengthen your core
- enhanced training performance.
These sessions are sometimes referred to as clinical or studio Pilates and incorporate all of the equipment such as small apparatus, reformer, exo chair, cadillac and spine corrector. Using the equipment allows us to assist or challenge meaning you are supported to move mindfully.
Think of it as personal training... Pilates style!
Begin with an initial consultation where we work out what your goals are and then continue in a private setting or as a duo/ trio.
You will still be working on your own program unlike the group classes where everyone does the same routine.
