Amanda suggests businesses start by examining what their brand currently stands for and looking for ways to create a stronger, more positive experience in 2025.

 

Prioritise Timely Communication

Kirsti explains that one of the best ways to build trust with customers is by staying engaged and communicating on time.

“Responding to clients promptly shows that you respect their time and are genuinely interested in supporting them,” she says. 

Setting up response systems, such as automated acknowledgments or dedicated communication channels, can help make sure no message goes unanswered. 

For Kirsti, this small act is a “powerful way to build loyalty.”

 

 

Embrace Integrated Marketing

“The ability to pivot quickly will keep you competitive and relevant,” Kirsti explains.

As she puts it, “Success comes from making each interaction count. It’s about being the brand people remember.”
