Robertson’s Double Win at the NSW Top Tourism Town Awards

Big love for little Robertson!

Our very own Robertson took home not one but two awards at today’s NSW Top Tourism Town Awards. And the Highlands couldn’t be prouder.

Robertson NSW Top Tourism Awards

This small, but mighty town won Silver in the Small Town Category, and also took out the Peoples Choice award.

Jennifer Macquarie, President of the Robertson Business Chamber, said that the town is beaming with pride.

“We’re absolutely over the moon to take out Silver and the People’s Choice Award! This is such a proud moment for our community. It’s a celebration of everything that makes Robertson unforgettable – from our artisan food scene and breathtaking landscapes to our creative spirit and iconic landmarks. And to know the public voted for us – what an honour!”

The NSW Top Tourism Town Awards are held annually to spotlight the most remarkable regional destinations across New South Wales.

The awards recognise towns that offer outstanding visitor experiences, showcase unique local culture, and demonstrate strong community engagement. Tick, tick, tick, Robertson. You showed ’em all how it’s done.

Robertson NSW Top Tourism Awards

It was a team effort between Robertson Business Chamber, Destination Southern Highlands, and Wingecarribee Shire Council who were all active participants in the submission process. They worked closely together to showcase everything that makes Robertson a special and welcoming place to visit.

Beyond that, the community banded together, promoting their town far and wide and proving that when a town unites, incredible things happen.

This double win is a reflection of of all the reasons Robertson is so loved. [Where else can you find a giant potato turned into a cute pink pig?].

There’s alot packed into this small town, and we couldn’t be prouder! Well done Robbo!
