That perfect combo of crispy and crunchy, soft and chewy, sweet and savoury, with a burst of freshness…and if you’re feeling brave, a little kick of spice too… mmm, so good!
It’s no surprise these incredible Vietnamese-style sangas have taken the world by storm! We’re so lucky to have a couple of spots around the Highlands where we can grab our own delicious fix.
Here’s some bonza Banh Mi spots around the Highlands to satisfy your cravings.

Bánh Mì at The Mill Bowral: Newly opened in the courtyard at The Mill. A good selection of options as well as fresh juices.
Kim Thi Hot Bread: Head to Mossy for this well loved and family owned bakery serving up so much Banh Mi deliciousness.
Exeter General Store: The summer menu here is currently rocking a crispy pork Banh Mi.
