The classic White Lady – a beautifully balanced blend of gin, Cointreau and lemon, making it super refreshing, and the dash of egg white gives it the silky, frothy finish which helps you look like a professional. And did you know cocktails taste better with locally made gin? It’s true!
The White Lady Cocktail, brought to us by the awesome crew at Renegade Spirits, the Highlands’ handcrafted, artisanal spirits brand that packs a punch when it comes to flavour. Their range varies from the Signature Dry Gin to their American Apple Pie Moonshine, and what we love most of all [besides all of the drinks!]? Each product from their range comes increasingly from local and regional farms, and they’re focused on using ingredients that meet sustainable sourcing standards. Makes us feel good about drinking this cocktail, right!

White Lady
60ml Renegade Signature Dry Gin
30ml Cointreau
14ml lemon juice
dash egg white
Combine and dry shake all ingredients together in a shaker, then add ice and shake for 10 – 15 seconds or until cold.
Double strain into coupé or martini glass.
