The Parting Glass
One of Bowral’s newest cocktail bars. Every cocky served here looks like a liquid work of art.
Prices start from $18 and there are low and no alcohol options for nights you wanna take it a little easier.
Open Wednesday to Sunday.
Bistro Sociale
The bar is open 7 days a week from 12pm.
Prices start at $20.
The Gin Trading Co. Bar has over 100 varieties of local, imported, vintage, rare and craft gins.
They also have a large range of local, Australian and European spirits and a signature cocktail list.
Millsheds
We adore this bar + distillery inside The Mill Courtyard.
Cocktails made with the gin and vodka distilled onsite, can’t get much closer to the source than that.
The bar is open from 12pm Thursday to Sunday.
