Why Raw & Wild Is Becoming A Firm Foodie Fave With Locals

Bowral’s Raw & Wild Market & Café is certainly not what you’d call one-dimensional!

These guys are all about healthy, eco-friendly living, and live and breathe it through everything they do.

From the organic produce in the market to the huge range of food options in the café, they’re also focused on making Raw & Wild as comfy and welcoming as possible for all Highlanders – families, parents of fur babies, groups of friends, lovers of fine food and delicious cocktails, fans of local wines and brews, health-conscious home cooks…… they’ve got you covered.

Here’s why we reckon Raw & Wild Market & Café should be on your radar [if it isn’t already].

1 :: Deli & Espresso Bar

We do love a morning heart starter and Raw & Wild’s Espresso Bar is a fab spot to get one.

Right at the front of the market on Bong Bong Street, the Espresso Bar is open from 6am and proudly serving up locally roasted Rush Coffee – sooooo good.

Perfect for swinging by before you get on the train or during your morning walk or as you drive by on your way to wherever!

As for the deli, it is loaded up with yummo cheeses [cheese is life, right?], charcuterie meats and antipasti from near and far.

Plus, you can pick up delicious and fresh brasserie bread – delivered daily. There’s your morning sorted!

2 :: Kid-friendly so parents can do some low-stress re-caffeinating

There is a designated kids area, set up with toys and puzzles and all sorts of fun and colourful items in the café on weekdays from 9am – 12 noon.

They also have colouring in sheets, a fab WiLD KIDZ menu with some pretty delicious options for brekkie and lunch, as well as a High Tea just for little ones – sooo cool.

The outdoor courtyard is also a spacious family-friendly area too – they just get it, right?

3 :: Al Fresco dining

The courtyard at the back of Raw & Wild [easily accessible from the car park behind it] is such a great place to dine in dappled sunlight in the summer.

And here’s some exciting news!

There’s an awesome roof and heating being installed outdoors so we can use the space all year round – love it!
