It’s a one- stop shop for gourmet goodies

Y’all already know we are obsessed with all the tasty goodies for biting and sipping at the awesome Flour Bar in Mossy. So it’s no surprise we are going ga-ga for their newest addition to the biz- Deli Vault!

Imagine unlocking a vault, not filled with boring old gold or jewels, but something waaaaaaaay better [and tastier]. A literal treasure trove of foodie favourites. Even better, no balaclava or pickaxe is required; it’s open for Highlanders to loot, right now!

What’s Inside The Vault?

This is your one-stop shop for turning every meal into a gourmet feast. The Deli Vault isn’t just a pantry; it’s an adventure in taste. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can find inside:

Cheeses Galore:

From creamy bries to sharp cheddars, Deli Vault has every cheese your heart desires. Pair them with the perfect crackers or just enjoy them solo… no judgement here.

Cured Meats:

Prosciutto, salami, and more! Ideal for creating a charcuterie board that will make your friends think you’ve gone full-on gourmet chef.

Artisanal Pasta:

Fresh, high-quality pasta that will make your Nonna proud. Toss them with one of their gourmet sauces for a quick yet impressive dinner.

Gourmet Sauces and Oils:

Elevate your cooking with sauces and olive oils sourced from both local artisans and international producers. Drizzle, dip, and delight in every drop.

Fermented Goods:

Think beyond the basics with their selection of pickles and fermented treats. We totally bet your taste buds will be doing a happy dance.

Why We Are In Love

Deli Vault makes it easy to get everything you need for a great meal in one stop. Pop into Flour Bar, grab your fave pastry, one of their excellent cups of java, and then head over to Deli Vault to pick up everything you need for dinner or your next picnic. Oh, and don’t forget the perfect bottle of wine to pair with your feast. It’s like food heaven, all under one roof.

We absolutely adore having these versatile and valuable businesses in the Highlands and love that Flour Bar always offers us new and exciting things.

We also love that the team here are friendly and always keen to give us tips on which wine to pair or which pastry is the pick of the day.

And if you’re in the mood to let someone else do the cooking, Flour Bar has an incredible brekkie, lunch and dinner menu as well. From Bacon and Egg rolls to Duck Breast Salads, Charcuterie plates to the DELICIOUS sounding Capunti Ragu, they really do it all.

Oh, and did you know they also serve coffee all the way from open to close? Caffeine fanatics rejoice!

Plus, Flour Bar has got a fab selection of wines, plenty of other takeaway options and gift vouchers. Seriously, what can’t the team here do???

Ready to break into some serious deli goodness? Head over to Flour Bar and check out Deli Vault for yourself. Pick up all the deliciousness to keep your pantry looking perfect, and your fridge all fancy pants.

No need for a bank heist peeps, just your reusable bags!
