Osborn House is a stunningly restored and flawlessly styled 5-star luxury boutique hotel that opened in Bundanoon this year. Designed and styled by former SOHO House design director Linda Boronkay, the hotel pays tribute to its rich historical past -the property was built in 1892 – but with a contemporary twist.

The incredibly talented Boronkay also oversaw the design of the spa and the hotel’s first Artist in Residence, Jai Vasicek created the hero art. Oozing elegance and charm, the colours are designed to create a calm and relaxing space….which it does. In spades.
With four therapy rooms – one of them is a double so you can book in with your bestie or your lover – and premium customised therapy beds [that we reckon feel like you’re floating on a cloud], it’s all super luxe and super relaxing.
First impressions
It’s like stepping into any luxury hotel spa in the world. A warm welcome from the lovely staff, the spa’s signature scent hanging in the air and the serene atmosphere will greet you as you leave your daily stress behind.
You’re handed a specialised botanical beverage to sip and continue the process of calming down the nervous system. The flavours are changed every day so every guest gets a unique experience with each flavour filled to the brim with herbs and fruit to deliver a boost of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and induce relaxation.

The Osborn House Spa Akwaterra signature treatment sounds amazing AND it’s one of the first spas in Australia to offer the experience. A massage style that uses different shaped, heated and ceramic tools with each having a specific job to do – muscular tension release, increasing blood circulation, draining toxins – these tools originated in the South of France and the Osborn House Spa team has been specifically trained on this style of massage.
