We’re seriously blown away and we’re sure you’ll be too!
Every time our friends at The Joinery Precinct share photos of their incredible work, we fall head over heels.
The joinery work that James, Jess and their team produce is absolutely stunning. Everything is high-end, custom made and suited perfectly for the homes they’re built in.
We also vibe on the fact that the wood they use is ethically sourced from companies that sustainably manage forests, like seriously, how good is that?!
This family-run business is doing fab stuff inside Highlands homes and we’re here for it.
When they sent us pictures of their latest projects, we couldn’t resist keeping all this beauty to ourselves. That’s why we’ve put together a sneak peek of some of The Joinery Precinct’s recent work for everyone to check out.
Let’s take a gander together.

This blue and white beauty is from a kitchen they recently completed in Robertson. We’re obsessed with the detailing down the side of the island and just cannot get enough of that colour combo. Oh, and how lovely are those curves?

We’re also very into these drawers that are built into the island to store all the kitchen goodies. We totally reckon’ we could channel our inner Nigella in a space like this.

The storage they’ve built in this kitchen is just awesome and we know any home chef would be in heaven here. Clean lines, lovely little detail notes and sooooo much room to keep all the things nice, tidy and packed away.

And can you just imagine hosting your pals, whipping out the cheeseboard and then all parking up here for a good chinwag and a couple of vinos? Prime entertaining spot too!

Check out this wardrobe that was built into another room in the house. We love that the theme has been kept from room to room giving the space a real sense of cohesion throughout.

Okay, moving on to another gorgeous kitchen island bar. This one was built with custom-made American Oak scotia panelling paired with matte black steel and the result is just superb.

How badly do you just wanna reach out and touch it???

The total attention to detail that James puts into every piece of work is so obvious. We love all the little finishing touches that for James are just as important as the big stuff.

The team stressed to us that when working with clients, collaboration is key. From the moment a client reaches out James and his team work together to create pieces that are high quality, bespoke and match exactly the needs of the homes they go into. James likes to take his time to go out on-site and meet with his clients so that he can really get an idea of what they’re looking for. We just love that personal touch!

Since setting up shop, The Joinery Precinct has been busy, busy, busy working on homes from Burrawang to Bowral and everywhere in between. Right now, they’re working on projects in Robertson, Wild Meadows and Burradoo just to name a few.

Jess and James have told us they love the team they work with and are proud of the fact that everyone at The Joinery Precinct shares the same passion for care, precision and detail. And we can tell just by looking at this stunning pantry.

They’re also proud of all the fantastic feedback they get from the clients they work with. You know it’s good when, right after finishing one job, the clients are so impressed with the work and quality that they’ve already got the next one lined up for them.

Going back to that attention-to-detail stuff we mentioned earlier, we’re blown away by how that translates to everything The Joinery Precinct does. Seriously, look at this laundry they worked on.

The drying rack above the sink… genius!
The amount of storage throughout the room… amazing!
And the built-in laundry hamper… oh my!!!
Say goodbye to clothes chaos – no more piles lying around or mad dashes to hide them when guests show up. And for all you sporty families, no more dealing with that post-workout clothes stink taking over the place. Just shut the drawer, and let future you deal with it. Nice and easy.

Okay, we’re pretty sure we’ve made staring at pictures of The Joinery Precinct’s work our newest hobby now, and we’re loving it. The quality and care that goes into every project is so evident and we cannot wait to see what they do next.
While we’re waiting, why not join is for an imaginary snuggle fest around this incredible fireplace set-up they’ve skilfully built? Because even if it’s not officially cold outside, we’d one hundred per cent pretend it was just for the excuse to have this baby roaring.

If the idea of sprucing up your home with some new joinery work has crossed your mind [and let’s be real, after seeing these pics, it probably has], then it’s time to reach out to James, Jess, and the awesome team at The Joinery Precinct.
They pour the utmost care, detail, and dedication into every project, treating each one as if it were destined for a Highlands dream home – which, according to them [and us], it absolutely is. James even mentioned he’d never build anything for someone else’s home that he wouldn’t want in his own home – talk about quality and dedication!
For more details, you can reach out to The Joinery Precinct through their website or give them a call. You can also read our Behind the Biz chat with them here.
Oh, and keep your eyes peeled on their socials for even more beautiful inspiration. We sure will be.
