We’re obsessed with this Highlands historical beauty.
When we first laid eyes on this incredible Moss Vale home up for grabs, our jaws just dropped. And after getting a sneak peek inside, they’ve pretty much stayed on the floor ever since.
Prepare to have your own jaws head southwards because the team at Ray White Bowral have shared with us some amazing shots of the property so you can take a looky-loo too!
Come with us as we take a squiz around the entire home. Oooo we are IN LOVE and by the end of this we’re sure you will be too!
Let’s Talk Location
The property has its own private driveway and huge landscaped grounds, meaning there’s
plenty of privacy to be had.
That being said, you’re still in the centre of all the Highlands action with only a few minute’s drive to Moss Vale town centre, which we know has loads of lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs.
The home also sits opposite the bike track that leads through Bong Bong Common all the way to Bowral. Doesn’t that just sound like the perfect Saturday morning ride?

History And Elegance
This gem is an original from the 1930s, and it’s been lovingly restored to blend perfectly that historical charm with modern luxury. Constructed in 1935 by the esteemed Alf Stephens & Sons with full brick and tile, it goes by the name Wetheral House, but let’s be real, we’d just absolutely adore calling it home.

What A Spot To Start The Day
Imagine starting every morning with your cuppa on this porch! It’s a north-facing location so we can practically feel the sun streaming through and smell those freshly brewed beans.

And A Spot To End The Day Too
We are suckers for an outdoor fire pit and this one just takes the cake. With so much green surrounding it would be impossible not to feel like you’re in your very own private oasis every time the sun sets.

Seriously, could this be any more Highlands dream living?

Let’s Go Inside
This country-style kitchen is just singing with charm. It’s the kind of space that really makes a house a home and we can’t get over all the natural light that’s flooding through.

How about this fireplace? Did someone say cosy winter nights with a hot choccy and a good book… count us in!

We don’t know how one room can be so charming and so sophisticated at the same time, but here it is.

This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with the master bedroom boasting its very own ensuite and walk-in-robe, so there’s plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out and settle in. There’s also ducted gas heating throughout, along with split system reverse-cycle air-conditioning units meaning everyone’s comfortable all year round.

Is it even possible to get a crush on a house?
Well, it is now!
And if you’re crushing hard like us then you’ll be pleased as punch to know that it’s listed so get in touch with Ray White Bowral for more details.
And preeeetty please invite us over for a cosy hang….. Preferably often.

The team at Ray White Bowral are all about local knowledge and experience, supported by awesome technology and a real passion for the Southern Highlands and customer service.
Oh, and how would you actually get any work done as a real estate agent when you get to wander around places like this every day???
