As we closely watched [aka stalked!] Three Blue Duck’s social media for confirmation, the announcement arrived on Sunday 10th – Chefs Andy Allen and Darren Robertson shared the good news:
Absolutely stoked to announce a new restaurant by Three Blue Ducks is in the works. Situated in the Southern Highlands, will a new farm to plate agrotourism concept, will combine a restaurant, bakery, and produce store.
Set to open in late 2025 / early 2026, the site will be on a working farm and will focus on showcasing food grown onsite.
Guests will be able to enjoy meals at the restaurant or purchase fresh produce and baked goods to take home.Anyone looking at joining the team, please send, a resume to jobs@threeblueducks.com.
