First National Bowral – A Highlands Success Story

Asked the key strategies that make First National Bowral an ongoing success, agency Principal and Licensee, Allan Falvey, said that the agency was established with a commitment to excellence.

“First National Bowral has built a reputation through a blend of local expertise and innovative strategies. With a team dedicated to understanding the unique charm and dynamics of the Highlands, the agency has demonstrated an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and community engagement.” said Allan.

With over twenty plus years in real estate, Allan has seen the highs and lows of the local market and this ability to guide and advise buyers and sellers has placed him, and his partners and team, in an enviable position.

Allan is supported by an upper management team including partners Anna Falvey and Reece Woods.

Prior to real estate Anna was IT Manager at one of Sydney’s largest law firms. These skills, coupled with a fresh approach to leadership, allow her to encourage and empower the team to achieve their goals and, in turn, their clients’ property goals.

Reece is an award-winning and well-connected agent, highly respected among his industry peers. After studying a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Sports Management, Reece’s career aspirations took a different turn which saw him on a career in real estate.

Testament to Reece’s success is an array of industry awards including First National NSW Salesman of the Year, First National NSW Diamond Award, First National NSW Best Rural Property Marketing Campaign, and the Rate My Agent Award – 3rd in Bowral/Mittagong.

Since First National opened its doors in 2017, it has assisted over six hundred families [vendors and purchasers] into new homes in the Highlands region.

Asked what he thought were keys to First National’s ongoing success, Allan said “We have a client-focused approach. We prioritise the client’s needs and goals and demonstrate a genuine commitment to a successful outcome”.

Supporting Communities

The team at First National Bowral understand the importance of giving back to the community.

They support the important Black Dog Institute, a national organisation dedicated to mental health support, and Pop In, a local charity focused on domestic violence prevention and assistance. Each charity benefits by sharing some $250 for each home sold by the Bowral team. By contributing to these organisations, First National Bowral aim to foster a stronger, healthier, and more resilient community for everyone.

From an individual perspective, Partner Reece Woods has also initiated a community project called Neighbours In Need, where Reece and his supporters assist with mowing lawns for those unable to care for their gardens.
