Based on real estate property listings on major platforms, there are some 743 properties for sale in the Southern Highlands market, up from some 710 last week.

These figures take into account property sales, new listings and, in some instances, properties being removed from the market. 

Increased listings and sales as we head into spring indicate continued strength in the Highlands property market.

Visitation to open homes continues to increase with favourable conditions.
