Based on real estate property listings on major platforms, there are some 778 properties for sale in the Southern Highlands market, up from some 756 last week. These figures take into account property sales, new listings and, in some instances, properties being removed from the market.
Listings and sales in the Highlands market remain strong. Agents report strong visitation to open homes. Two major influencers on house sales have the potential to influence property sales: the RBA’s September interest rates decision on 30 September and the Federal Government’s First Home Buyers loan partnership program brought forward to 1 October.
