Based on real estate property listings on major platforms, there are some 681 properties for sale in the Southern Highlands market, up from some 607 last week. These figures consider the number of sales, new listings and, in some instances, properties being removed from the market. Are these figures a reflection of the approach of Spring and last week’s reduction in the RBA’s interest rate decision? Maybe.
